## Every client is different, and for each one we have developed customized services that go beyond just freight transportation.

In addition to our more standard services, we complement our service with value-added services that can be broken down into the following categories, using in-house professionals or qualified and reliable partners:

1. **Customized Inventories**
Inventory management is becoming an increasingly challenging issue for clients, whether it's finding internal resources to work outside of production hours (nights, holidays, overtime), or for emergencies due to unexpected needs, or for data and software certification. We have a partnership with a lean and flexible company capable of moving teams throughout Italy and Europe to carry out inventories.
2. **Team leaders**: organization, mapping, and accountability for results and timelines
3. **Verifiers**: physical verification with their own or customer-provided systems
4. **Software managers**: software integration, data integrity, and reporting ii. Logistics engineering and design of complex logistics solutions.
We have a team of logistics engineers and IT tools suitable for designing complex logistics projects and solutions.
5. **JIS/JIT/KITTING**
For some of our clients, we provide JIT (Just in Time), JIS (Just in Sequence), and Kitting services, with direct interfacing to our WMS or operating on the customer's system. (Iveco/Alit/Bosch/Urban Nomad)
6. **Repacking and Transfers**
In recent years, we have distinguished ourselves for our repacking and transfer services, particularly, but not limited to, the best use of containers and transport and handling vehicles (Oreal/Bosch/Lavazza/Galbiati/Iveco/FPT)
7. **Subcontracting**
For some clients, we carry out subcontracting and customization activities, assembling displays, checking product quality, and repackaging (Oreal/Lavazza/Urban Nomad)
8. **ICT**
We have a partner software house and an internal ICT department that has and is capable of developing the best IT solutions to support logistics. (ERP/TMS/WMS/EOS/JIS/JIT/AI/T&T…)
